Mission Critical Project Manager

A seasoned project manager with expertise in data center construction is needed to lead mission critical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial construction processes, be able to manage project schedules and budgets, and possess excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Negotiate and execute contracts, change orders, and purchase agreements.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, provide detailed reports, and perform financial risk assessments.
  • Identify opportunities for value engineering and scope reduction.
  • Ensure contract compliance, including work progress within scope.
  • Lead the project team in developing project management plans.
  • Organize pre-award and pre-construction meetings.
  • Manage project materials and equipment procurement within budget.
  • Evaluate project schedules to meet milestones and financial goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in project management within data center construction.
  • Ability to lead project delivery teams.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial construction processes.
  • Familiarity with construction laws and practices.
  • Understanding of building codes and design requirements.
