The Inside Sales Director will lead, mentor, and optimize the inside sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets. You'll collaborate closely with marketing and operations to align efforts and position our organization for sustained growth.

Inside Sales Director Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic inside sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive customer acquisition
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing inside sales team, fostering collaboration and accountability
  • Monitor team performance against KPIs and provide coaching to enhance results
  • Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation efforts and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales processes
  • Oversee the development of sales training programs to improve team skills and effectiveness
  • Drive the adoption of sales technologies (e.g., CRM systems) to improve efficiency and performance tracking


Inside Sales Director Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong experience within finished lubricants or related industries is preferred
  • Proven track record of 5+ years in sales, including 3+ years in an inside sales leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and develop high-performing sales teams and design and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth
