The Senior Designer, along with the Design Team, is responsible for entire design process, beginning with the development of concept boards and ending with the final product. The Senior Designer researches and interprets fashion trends and consumer needs to deliver brand-right designs that tie back to the overall concept and business strategy while supporting the Design Team.


  • Being responsible for the execution and support of the design development process.
  • Assist with research and analyze market trends, color stories, fabrications, and competitive landscape.
  • Help develop new and innovative design concepts while adhering to the licensing standards.
  • Adapt designs based on feedback, incorporating for finalization and action direction from Design Director.
  • Present designs to internal leader/team as well as key cross-functional partners.
  • Execute design sketches/prototypes and provide specifications.
  • Work with both domestic and global partners to ensure product is executed per concept design vision, and is rolled-out in a calendar-focused capacity.
  • Solve development or production challenges through collaboration with the Design and cross-functional teams, ensuring that the design intent is met and properly uploaded to internal systems.
  • Modify and re-color existing prints, artwork, and colorways as required.
  • Support the setup of color separations, color call-outs, sizing, and art placements.
  • Ensure the precise execution of art files consistently across all leagues, adhering to company best practices.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of tech packs for accuracy, completeness, quality, affordability, and compliance before sampling.
  • Update tech packs based on internal meetings to maintain accurate artwork layouts.
  • Contribute to custom requests when needed.
  • Anticipate and solve design-related issues.
  • Ensure deliverables meet time commitments and achieve design vision.


You should have:

  • 7+ years of experience in apparel, headwear product design, development or production.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Creative Cloud required.
  • Bilingual Chinese or Spanish is a plus.
  • Technical capability and strong product knowledge of apparel construction and production to confidently influence decisions (Garment construction, fabric construction, knowledge of embellishments).
  • Demonstrated excellent time-management and prioritization skills while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented and organizational skills; ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy.
  • You have a portfolio to showcase your creativity and design sensibility, which will be required.
  • You have strong graphic and print design experience.
  • You have a valid passport & Flexibility for Occasional Travel.
