About the Role:

We seek a motivated and skilled Junior to Mid-Level C# Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in C# and .NET technologies, experience with T-SQL, and a keen interest in desktop application development. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and professional development within an Agile/Scrum environment.


Location:

While remote work is feasible, this position is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma., and relocation assistance is not provided.


Qualifications:

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.

- 2+ years of technical engineering experience involving coding in languages such as C#, VB.NET, or equivalent experience.

- 1 year of experience with Microsoft T-SQL.

- 0-2 years of experience with desktop application development, such as WPF and WinForms.

- 0-2 years of experience with API development, including WCF for service-oriented applications, SOAP for structured data exchange, and REST for scalable web services.


Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain desktop applications using WPF and WinForms.

- Write and optimize T-SQL queries for efficient database interactions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Implement and adhere to testing methodologies to ensure high-quality software delivery.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
