Job Title: Program Manager


Role Description: As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a portfolio of projects contributing to a larger program or organizational objective within the FMCG domain. Your responsibilities include strategic planning, effective communication, and meticulous organization to ensure alignment and successful execution of individual projects. With your expertise in project and program management techniques, you'll evaluate project progress, manage resources, and implement change management principles to drive overall program success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate, organize, and monitor a cohesive set of interconnected projects, establishing suitable strategies and objectives to achieve program goals.
  • Coordinate cross-project activities, providing leadership and guidance to project managers and team members to ensure alignment and collaboration across initiatives.
  • Develop and enforce deadlines, budgets, and project activities, applying effective change, risk, and resource management practices to mitigate potential issues.
  • Assume accountability for the program's personnel and vendors, addressing higher scope issues and resolving challenges to maintain program momentum.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for program directors, Delivery Head, and clients, providing insights into project status, achievements, and areas for improvement.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager with a thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methodologies.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking abilities coupled with excellent communication skills to effectively convey objectives and expectations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive outcomes within established deadlines and budgets.
  • Proficiency in performance evaluation and change management principles.
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite; working knowledge of program/project management software such as Primavera or MS Project is advantageous.
  • Outstanding leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, coupled with effective problem-solving abilities.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (B Tech) in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
