About the Job:

Luminize Marketing is looking for a Brand Manager to contribute their efforts to our core business offering; empowering Amazon sellers with effective marketing and advertising strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing seller and vendor accounts to identify and execute brand growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have established experience either as an Amazon Seller or in a formal Brand Strategy role.


Brand Manager Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting comprehensive audits of Seller and Vendor accounts to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Devising and executing advertising plans in close collaboration with internal teams and clients.
  • Managing and overseeing client ad spend through AMS and DSP.
  • Crafting and implementing effective brand growth strategies for assigned accounts.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Advertising, and Content to drive comprehensive eCommerce growth strategies.
  • Acting as the key point of contact with assigned accounts, managing and addressing client requests.
  • Managing client-specific projects throughout the digital lifecycle, including: selection/assignment of resources, monitoring of project progress, and ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Contributing to all levels of business operations, from strategic planning to hands-on daily operations.
  • Motivating teams to produce desired tangible outcomes within tight timeframes.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in brand management, with specific experience in Amazon account management (agency experience preferred).
  • A strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon, including best practices, trends, and the ability to leverage the platform (SEO/copy, A+ content, and Stores) for brand growth and visibility.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering exceptional service and results.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and metrics, with a keen attention to detail, and the capacity to craft compelling narratives and strategies based on data insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies. Strong presentation skills for engaging and influencing both internal and external stakeholders.
