About Our Client:
Join a leading integrated power company as an IT Business Analyst III, where you will play a crucial role in transforming business objectives into actionable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and scope business changes, focusing on minimal viable products (MVP).
- Establish a comprehensive requirements management strategy.
- Elicit and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements through various techniques.
- Organize and maintain project backlogs, facilitating grooming sessions and prioritization.
- Write and elaborate user stories with acceptance criteria in collaboration with Product Owners and technical teams.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure clarity of user stories during sprint planning.
- Conduct functional testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies; 2-3 years in Agile/Scrum preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse groups.
- Experience with ADO and business analysis techniques (e.g., data modeling, user stories, backlog management).
- Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, IIBA, or CBAP are a plus.
- Experience in the utility industry is beneficial.
