The Technical Help Desk Support / End User Support Technician - Tier 3 provides technical tier 3 support to clients, troubleshooting issues related to applications, system access, hardware, software, and networks. They identify and resolve complex problems, or escalate them to the Tier 4 End User Support Technician or the Technical Account Manager. Additionally, they provide training and coaching, acting as an escalation point for Tier 1 and 2 Support Technicians. On-site technical support for clients may also be provided.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED required, prefer associate degree or higher
  • 2 years of relevant experience in a tier 2 (or higher) technical help desk environment
  • At least 1 year of tier 3 support experience is desired
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable personal vehicle


Preferred certifications:

  • A+
  • Microsoft Office Specialist
  • ACMT (Apple) or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (Windows 10)
