As a Senior Brand Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and stewarding brand identities to drive growth, loyalty and engagement among consumers. You will lead the development and execution of strategic brand initiatives that elevate our brands and differentiate them in the marketplace.

Senior Brand Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that reflect our client's brand values, personality and positioning, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
  • Conduct in-depth market research and consumer analysis to uncover insights and trends, leveraging findings to inform brand strategies and messaging
  • Lead the development of compelling brand narratives, creative campaigns and brand assets that resonate with target audiences and drive emotional connections
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative and product development, to ensure alignment and integration of brand strategies across all initiatives
  • Manage brand budgets and resources effectively, optimizing investments to maximize brand impact and ROI
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, market share data and consumer feedback to assess brand health and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Champion brand innovation and evolution, identifying opportunities for brand expansion, partnerships and experiential activations
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, influencers and retail partners, to support brand initiatives and drive business growth


Senior Brand Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing or related roles within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies that drive brand equity, awareness and preference
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with a passion for storytelling and crafting compelling brand narratives
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, consumer insights and brand performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with brand management tools and analytics platforms is a plus
