Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Licensing and Contracting Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in managing the licensing and contracting process for our life insurance agents. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SureLC and SmartOffice and be proficient in managing policyholder and contract holder service requests using DocuSign.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Licensing & Contracting Management: Oversee and manage the entire licensing and contracting process for life insurance agents, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • SureLC Expertise: Utilize SureLC to efficiently handle agent licensing and contracting tasks. Previous experience with SureLC is required.
  • SmartOffice Management: Regularly update and maintain agent and client information in SmartOffice, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Service Request Handling: Address and resolve policyholder and contract holder (client and agent) service requests promptly and professionally.
  • Document Management: Use DocuSign to complete and manage electronic document signing processes for all relevant tasks.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all licensing, contracting, and service processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with SureLC is required.
  • Familiarity with SmartOffice or similar CRM systems.
  • Proficiency with DocuSign for electronic document management.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
