KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the leader of daily production operations, your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality products on schedule. You will work closely with departments such as Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Logistics & Inventory, and Human Resources to coordinate production efforts, resolve any issues, and enhance overall plant efficiency.


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in food manufacturing.
  • Open-minded and adaptable, supporting company goals and initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify challenges and devise effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure alignment with production goals among team members and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in production management software; experience with Redzone is a plus.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing circumstances.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team towards production targets and operational excellence.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance to foster a culture of safety.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
