DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate with E-Com customers daily and provide shipment status update.
• Generate shipping labels
• Send tracking number report
• Create Pick up orders | Deliver orders | Bill of Ladings
• Create Invoices
• Create Payments
• Monitor UPS accounts payment status
• Track/monitor customer’s shipment
• Solve problem packages with UPS customer service
• File Claims to UPS for lost packages
• Send invoices/Statements to customer on regular basis
• Assist Accounting team to collect payment from each customer
• Operate Carrier’s shipping software: UPS Worldship | Fedex Ship Manager| USPS Stamps.com | Ship Station | DHL shipping software
• Apex Own Data entry system: Data-Ex | Smart Cargo | Control Tower

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• 1-2 years experience in logistics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work and multi-task successfully
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Must be fluent in Chinese/ Mandarin
