Dekko HQ is seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team


You will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs across various mediums, including digital and print. You should have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. As a Graphic Designer at Dekko you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop innovative and compelling visual assets that effectively communicate our brand message.


What You’ll Do:

  • Develop creative concepts and designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and website elements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives and requirements, ensuring that design solutions meet business goals and brand guidelines.
  • Produce high-quality graphics and artwork by utilizing industry-standard design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Create visually appealing layouts with attention to typography, imagery, and composition.
  • Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and best practices to enhance the quality and effectiveness of design work continuously.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and project specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to present ideas, receive feedback, and iterate on designs as needed.
  • Work closely with external vendors and printers to ensure the quality and accuracy of printed materials.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on marketing strategies and campaigns.


What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a marketing or advertising agency is a plus.
  • Experience with Video, Photography, and/or 3D rendering is a plus.
