Graphic Designer Description


Essential Functions

1. Maintain brand guidelines across all of our communities while bringing fresh and creative ideas.

2. With direction from the Director of Marketing, develop compelling marketing designs for social and web content as well as collateral and materials.

3. Coordinate community advertising with the community sales directors for special events and

activities.

4. Present and communicate ideas/designs and participate in other special projects as assigned.


Contract to Hire (Great chance to go permanent)

Hybrid work schedule in Ft. Worth (76101)


Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.

2. 5+ years of Marketing and Design experience in senior housing or related field required.

3. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, WordPress, design software including entire Adobe

Creative Suite, and video software (splicing, lay-over music).

4. Working knowledge of sales and marketing concepts to include principles and methods for

promoting and selling products and/or services.

5. Project management experience with large projects.

6. Previous experience developing and maintaining company.

7. Experience with managing budgets.

8. Must have the ability to work well under stress, complete assignments accurately, work

independently, and manage time effectively.

9. High degree of initiative and creativity, good judgment, and professional ethics.

10. Professional communication skills and ability to motivate and develop associates required.

11. Strong management skills and be ability to work effectively in a team setting.
