Join our dynamic team as a Paid Media Manager, specializing largely in Paid Search and Paid Social. In this role, your primary goal is to enhance and scale our clients' paid media accounts, focusing on increasing volume and efficiency. You will be instrumental in planning and executing strategies that foster new user acquisition through various paid media platforms.


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Criteo to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Conduct detailed audits of clients' brands and websites to understand their unique value propositions and market positioning, and to identify opportunities for effective marketing.
  • Manage multiple paid media accounts for Electric Orange clients, overseeing monthly spends ranging from $20,000 to $500,000.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to derive insights and action plans aimed at increasing client revenues.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices, trends, and updates in platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Monitor media purchases to ensure advertisements are displayed as planned across quality publisher sites.
  • Compile and present weekly, monthly, and lifetime reports with key performance metrics to clients.
  • Manage client communications, including emails and bi-weekly calls, effectively handling your book of business.
  • Prepare advertising schedules and timelines for client onboarding, campaign launches, and ongoing account optimization.
  • Craft compelling ad copy for paid media campaigns to engage and attract the target audience.
  • Optimize Ads Quality Score by focusing on ad relevance, expected CTR, and landing page experience.
  • Ensure alignment and optimization of keyword targets, landing page content, and ad copy.
  • Implement and quality-check conversion tracking within platforms.
  • Monitor and test various Smart bidding strategies like Target CPA, Target ROAS, and Enhanced CPC.
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify optimal campaign settings.
  • Complete daily administrative tasks, including time tracking and documenting Weekly Wins.
  • Use internal project management software (Asana) to record all tasks and deliverables.


Job Skills

  • In-depth understanding of the Google Ads and Meta Ads auction, advertising ecosystem, bidding strategies, and campaign objectives.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in media planning, buying, or analysis with annual budgets exceeding $250k.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Docs Suite and Google Drive.
  • Experience in analyzing, reporting, and identifying trends in digital media accounts and campaigns.
  • Proven record of retaining and scaling paid media accounts.
  • Demonstrated success in growing and scaling paid media campaign budgets.
  • Robust work ethic and problem-solving skills, particularly in a client-facing role.
  • Professional and respectful approach towards colleagues and business partners.
  • Effective time management skills in a professional environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Integrity and optimism in all situations.
  • Proactive in using information, data, and resources to solve problems independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
