Commercial Property Manager

Our client located in the Midtown area is looking for a Commercial Property Manager to join their team
Pay: $95k - $100k
In office, 8am - 5pm

The Commercial Property Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of our commercial properties. The ideal candidate will ensure the properties are well-maintained, fully leased, and meet the financial objectives of the property owners. This role involves significant interaction with tenants, contractors, and property owners, requiring strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional tenant service by promptly addressing tenant requests and resolving issues with urgency and professionalism.
- Execute New Tenant Procedures, including delivering welcome packages, coordinating move-ins, and ensuring all necessary documentation and utilities are in place.
- Implement Move-Out Procedures efficiently, including scheduling walk-through inspections, managing utility transfers, and handling all aspects of the tenant exit process.
- Prepare and manage the property’s annual budget, including forecasting expenses and revenues.
- Monitor and control property expenses to ensure they align with the budget.
- Handle rent collections, manage late fees, and oversee lease renewals and negotiations.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of the properties, ensuring they are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree: Preferred in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum Experience: 3-5 years in commercial property management or a related field.
- Relevant Experience: Proven track record of managing commercial properties, including tenant relations, property maintenance, financial management, and lease administration.
