Role Description

We’re looking for a motivated Sales and New Business Development Strategist to join our team. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you’ll play a vital role in our sales process, from researching leads and building initial relationships to setting up our closers for success. This position offers a valuable opportunity to earn commissions and significantly impact our client acquisition and growth.


Responsibilities

• Articulate Six One’s value proposition to the beauty, wellness, and lifestyle market

• Build and maintain a pipeline through proactive sales activities to achieve quota goals

• Clearly convey the impact of our services to prospective clients

• Use CRM software to track, manage, and nurture new business leads

• Develop relationships with potential clients and maintain established connections

• Partner with the CEO and sales leadership to support revenue and growth objectives

• Work collaboratively in a dynamic, collaborative environment, while honing your consultative sales skills


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field

• 2.5+ years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or similar role (preferred)

• Proven success in inside sales, lead generation, and maintaining a high-performing sales pipeline

• Self-driven, confident, and goal-oriented with a “hunter” mentality for navigating competitive markets

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets

• Knowledge of or passion for the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industries
