Job Description:

10+ years of IT experience currently hands-on with minimum of 5+ years of experience on Azure having technically guided, managed and governed the team. Flexible to work in the shifts.


  • Primary skills: Strong communication skills and experience in managing various stakeholder relationships to gain consensus on complex technical solutions.
  • Experience in architecting, designing, and implementing solutions on-premises, in the cloud, and using hybrid models.
  • Hands-on experience in deploying a variety of generative models. In-depth experience in fine-tuning and customizing pretrained AI models, with good understanding of various patterns and practices in AI, data engineering, and large data processing.
  • Hands-on in Prompt Engineering, Azure Open AI, Form Recognizer, Cognitive Search, Vector Databases.
  • Develop and deliver upskilling sessions to the customer.
  • Python and PySpark
  • Secondary Skills: MLOps and LLMOps.


  • Roles and responsibilities: Design and develop architecture solutions that meet business and technical requirements, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and developers, to gather and clarify requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks to build effective solutions, balancing innovation with feasibility and cost.
  • Create high-level and detailed architectural documentation to guide development teams, outlining system components, data flow, and integration points.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify potential technical challenges, ensure security standards are met, proposing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on the project.
  • Oversee the implementation of architectural solutions, ensuring alignment with design standards and addressing technical issues as they arise.
  • Continuously assess and improve architectural standards and practices, incorporating new insights and emerging technologies to optimize future solutions.

Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)

  • Certifications (Good to Have) Microsoft Certified Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-303 & AZ-304)
  • AI-102: Microsoft Certified Azure AI Engineer Associate
  • DP-100: Microsoft Certified Azure Data Scientist Associate
  • Databricks Professional Certificate in Large Language Models
