Position Highlights:
- 2 XI DaVinci Robots
- Schedule is somewhat negotiable
- Shared community call with local Providence hospital, 1:6, 1:8 once we are fully staffed.
- 20-24 patients per day average
- 14 patients per day for procedures
- 30 min New Visits / 15min Follow-Up templating
- Epic EMR
- DAX is available
- 1:1 ratio with RN/MA (For Arlington)
Cases Seen:
- All outpatient; general Urology
- Types of procedures include nephrectomy, urinary diversions, endourology
Primary Responsibilities:
- Treating and managing patients according to standard, usual, and customary methods, and techniques.
- Provides understanding of diagnosis, treatment, therapy, and management of patients according to current standards of care utilizing best practice recommendations.
- Counsels and educates patients and families.
- Maintains accurate, complete, concise, and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
- Communicates effectively and respectfully with physicians, other health professionals, and staff.
- Coordinates care with multidisciplinary team members.
- Follows ethical principles regarding patient confidentiality, informed consent, and unanticipated adverse outcomes.
- Maintains effectiveness throughout changing circumstances. Is flexible, resilient, and change oriented.
- Participates in organizational and departmental meetings, educational opportunities, committees, and workgroups as necessary.

Qualifications:
A degree in medicine from an accredited school
- Completion Urology Residency prior to start
- Board Eligible or Certified
- Unrestricted license to practice in Washington State or ability to obtain before hire
- Maintain BLS certification
- ASC background preferred
