Job Description:


  • Over 12+ years of IT experience with minimum 5 years into Delivery Management.
  • Working with key project stakeholders to formulate and communicate the business vision, to envision initial requirements, and to scope the project.
  • Building extensive client relationships to be able to understand opportunities and threats early and respond to them proactively
  • Working closely with key stakeholders to understand project scope and requirements in terms of features and capabilities, understand business processes required to ensure end-to-end delivery of intended project results.
  • Identifying and tracking deliverables while gathering and documenting project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies and own Release management
  • Prioritize and updates program schedules. Identifies issues and resolves roadblocks.
  • Tracking and reporting project/s progress to stakeholders on agreed cadence.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodology and quality metrics is a MUST.
  • Strong people skills, should clearly define career growth plan, give constructive and critical feedback, and promote collaborative team culture.
  • Communicate project-related tasks such as plans, timelines, requirements, etc. between different teams.
  • Provide an exhaustive view of the project status dashboard, plan and give weekly/daily executive status.
  • Domain Experience: BFSI and specifically Capital Markets/ Wealth management required
  • Excellent people management, relationship management and presentation skills required.
  • End to end ownership of multi-location large delivery team in and onsite/ offshore model

  • Technical & Project Management certifications are desired.
