Job description.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain/Business Management, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • Years of experience should be in logistics, production planning, or customer service. Foreign trade experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in managing foreign trade transactions preferred


Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for coordinating the information and physical logistics flow of finished products to client regional and 3rd party customers, from receipt of the purchase order, through delivery of goods, to final invoicing of the customer and all functions of foreign trade associated with this process in a legally compliant manner.
  • Manage the inbound logistics for selected key raw materials from Client internal and 3rd party suppliers.
  • Work collaboratively with supply chain managers to review, prioritize, and coordinate the supply and physical logistics of finished products to regional and 3rd party customers using appropriate mode of transport, i.e. ocean, rail, truck or air if needed
  • Employ your strong communication skills in effectively working with Lead Logistics Partner, Logistics Service Providers and other stake holders (e.g. warehouse, manufacturing sites, sourcing and supplier contacts) to ensure required transport activities are being organized for all shipments
  • Experience working with SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in managing foreign trade transactions preferred
