While 2 years of management experience is preferred, it is not needed. What is a MUST, is someone who strives in a fast-paced environment with new challenges daily and has the ability to market themselves.

 

Responsibilities for Year 1:

·        Learn to build your own Financial Planning Practice by guiding & coaching clients toward their financials goals.

·        Learn how to attract and build a team.

·        Pass Exams: Life, Health, SIE, Series 6, Series 63

 

Responsibilities for Year 2:

·        Explore leadership and mentor roles.

·        Continue running your own Financial Planning Practice.

·        Further your personal education with continued licensing.

 

Responsibilities for Year 3 through Retirement are unique to the individual and within their control; this will be discussed in the interview process. You are in the driver seat. You decide where this goes long term, with our support.
