Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, management, and sales teams.
  • Identify trends and drivers of both sales and cost models.
  • Develop reports to consolidate financial reporting.
  • Present actionable information and insights to team members and management.
  • Gather and analyze data to understand problems and address them proactively.
  • Collaborate with team members and members of other departments.
  • Assist with annual budgeting and planning process in collaboration with company leadership.
  • Assist with monthly forecasting for balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement models.
  • Assist with monthly financial reporting presentations.
  • Assist with reviewing month end close results.
  • Assist with post-acquisition integration initiatives.
  • Maintain knowledge and keep abreast of sales trends and reasons for sales forecasting changes.
  • Compiling and analyzing data over time and comparing to forecast trends.
  • Assist with preparing customer and product line P&Ls.


Position Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5-7+ years of experience in financial analysis, sales forecasting and/or budgeting
  • Experience reporting to Director of Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Experience with analysis and forecasting of basic financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow)
  • Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
  • Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent time management
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills
