Maintenance Manager

Flexco, a leading global manufacturer, is seeking a self-starter with a passion for preventative maintenance for the position of Maintenance & Manufacturing Manager. This position will be based out of our Grand Rapids, Mi location. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the oversight of the facility, equipment, and the team responsible for maintaining both. This person will also develop and oversee a preventative maintenance program.

The Flexco team is interested in you if you have:

• A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, or a combination of skills and experience
• A minimum of 6 years experience managing a maintenance or facilities team
• A proven track record of preventative maintenance
• Ability to work with cross functional teams, to maintain a top-notch production facility
• A keen eye for process improvement and experience implementing your ideas
• Experience resolving issues with complex machinery, while maintaining safety as a top priority
• Have a working knowledge of facility systems and security.
• Developed skills with mentorship, training and leadership in a manufacturing setting
