Our Client requires the services of a Training Curriculum Developer who meets the general qualifications of TEXAS Instructor Trainer 3. The Training Curriculum Developer will be part of a dedicated PeopleSoft Financials upgrade project team.

The core duties include designing training content for system users, support staff, and trainers, conducting training sessions, and developing various job aids. Additional duties include other project activities as needs arise in documentation and system testing.

Must demonstrate and excel in communicating and working with a diverse team with collaboration tools competently in a remote work environment. Also, must be able to estimate work, set deadlines, and communicate effectively.



Required Qualifications

  • 8 years experience Developing training curricula for ERP systems
  • 8 years experience Conducting training sessions in person and remotely
  • 8 years experience Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio)
  • 8 years experience Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 ERP system


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience Using SoftChalk to develop training
  • 2years experience Using Camtasia to edit recordings
  • 2 years experience Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)
  • 2 years experience Experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials
