    This organization is a rapidly expanding startup that partners with ride share organizations to provide fleets of vehicles and drivers, utilizing cutting-edge technology to enhance safety and efficiency. As we grow our U.S. presence, we are looking for a dedicated Trainer to join our team in Austin, TX.

    Job Description

  • Assist in developing and delivering training programs focused on electric vehicle maitnence and repair
Conduct both classroom and practical training sessions for automobile technicians Support the Lead Instructor in creating and updating training materials that reflect the latest industry trends and technologies.Ensure all participants meet company standards for safety and driver performance.Maintain training records and track the progress of trainees.Provide feedback to the Lead Instructor and collaborate on improving training programs and methodologies.

Preferred Skills:Familiarity with fleet management, automotive technologies, or ride share operations.Hands on experience as an automotive technician Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment.Spanish Speaking preferred

The Successful Applicant

Experience in adult education or training, preferably with a focus on safety, operations, or technology.Automotive repair or technical knowledge is highly desirable.Strong communication and instructional skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.A clean driving record for at least 3 years.Ability to work onsite in Austin, TX
