What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Sales Success: Build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide comprehensive solutions that make Pella their go-to choice for window and door projects.
  • Be the Expert: Educate customers on product features, installation guidelines, and accurate measurements to ensure flawless execution and satisfaction.
  • Engage and Connect: Use your consultative sales skills to connect with builders, contractors, and designers, turning prospects into loyal partners.
  • Lead with Service: Prioritize customer service and satisfaction, consistently exceeding expectations by providing timely, accurate information and support.
  • Achieve and Grow: Meet and exceed sales targets through a blend of relationship-building and strategic closing skills.

Ideal candidates bring experience working with general contractors, architects, or homebuilders.


Work Environment:

This role blends remote work from your home office and in-field engagement with clients. Candidate must live in the Ivins/St. George/Washington City and/or surrounding area. You’ll need reliable transportation to connect with customers and attend appointments on a daily basis.

Compensation: Base $65,000.00 + Commission and Bonus
