Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Contract 6-12 months

Location- Hybrid (2 days per week onsite)


Work includes: scheduling, post jobs, offer letters, background checks, onboarding, work with staffing vendors, run basic reports, etc.


Must haves:

-1-4 years of recruiting coordinator / scheduling experience

-MS Office

Preferred:

-Bachelor degree (strongly preferred)

-Manufacturing or distribution industry

-Has worked with staffing vendors


Job Description:

Attend staffing calls

Create requisitions

Create offer letters

General HR Administrative tasks such as severances, terminations, etc.

Support the E-Verify Process with HR Ops

Post Internally and Externally

  • If internal, manage bidding process
  • Review Attendance/Rules and Regulations for all candidates
  • Pull four reports for calculations
  • Calculate points following the bidding policy
  • Confirm with other HRBPs on Attendance/Rules and Regulations for points
  • Reach out to Team Leads once points are calculated and get Job Viewing set up
  • Wait for confirmation
  • If hourly role requires, schedule WAT Tests
  • Award Job by creating offer
  • Move to HR
  • If external, external process
  • Review, screen and schedule interviews with Hiring Managers
  • Monitor background process and drug screen
  • If hourly, schedule WAT Tests
  • Move to HR and notify all applicable parties

Manpower (Indirect)

  • Manpower reporting:
  • Handling invoicing issues with business and manpower
  • Maintain headcount spreadsheets
  • Temp Process:
  • Work with Manpower for candidate progression throughout pre-boarding and onboarding
  • Schedule starts
  • Update spreadsheet for upload with New Hire form information. Partner with Manpower to obtain information
  • Update spreadsheet for staffing calls
  • Manage conversion process *insert conversion process doc*
  • Terminations; update spreadsheet, notify all parties
  • Hiring Events
  • Assist during hiring events when needed

PBO: (mini-day one paperwork/benefits)

  • Run PBO for direct and conversions
  • Complete I-9s
  • New hire paperwork
