Responsibilities

  • Handle and coordinate active calendars
  • Field client inquiries and assist with problem resolution
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Process client paperwork
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed


Qualifications

  • Customer service experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite


Compensation

Compensation based on experience. Full time employees of Vantage are eligible to participate in our group benefit plans as well as 401(k) with company match.
