Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sacramento, CA at VPE Thermal, LLC. As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in the manufacturing department. This includes planning production schedules, managing resources, ensuring quality control, and maximizing efficiency. You will also be responsible for training and supervising staff, as well as implementing and enforcing safety protocols.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Understanding different welding techniques and identifying weld quality issues
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices that involve welding
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
