Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting on marine engines and electrical systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair work on boats, including engine service, hull repair, and electrical system upgrades.
  • Install and test marine electronics and equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical information to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Comply with all safety guidelines and regulations while performing duties.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Marine Service Technician or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of marine engines, electrical systems, and related equipment.
  • Certification or training in marine mechanics or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physically capable of handling demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
