We are seeking a seasoned, talented, and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in enhancing our market position and growth. This position also supports our sister company XtendLive, a SaaS digital event software company.


Job Summary:

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the various marketing technologies and processes that drive our digital campaigns and initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies, analyze data to provide actionable insights, and lead all marketing initiatives and activities.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Technology Management:

● Manage and optimize our three websites – proglobalevents.com, proexhbits.com, and xtendlive.com, for SEO, demand and lead generation, and social interaction.

● Administer and optimize our marketing tech stack.

● Leverage analytics to drive traffic and IQL to MQL conversion.

Campaign Execution:

● Design, implement and launch marketing campaigns.

● Ensure accurate setup, tracking, and reporting of campaigns to measure success.

● Maximize quantity and quality of MQLs.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

● Create and maintain regular reports on key marketing metrics, providing insights to optimize performance.

● Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for increased efficiency.

Process Optimization:

● Identify and implement process improvements to streamline marketing operations.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and document marketing workflows.

● Provide training and support to team members on marketing tools and processes.

Qualifications:


● At least five years’ experience in marketing management.

● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

● Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills

● Proficiency with digital marketing and CRM platforms.

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.

● Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
