Job Title: BI Architect (Power BI and SAP BO)

Work Location: Rolling Meadows, IL (Hybrid - Onsite)

Required Experience: 15+ Years

Technical Skills (Primary):

• BI Architect with hands-on design and development experience in SAP BO and Power BI
• 5 years of Design and Development custom BI reports
• 3 years of experience in Semantic Modeling for Self Service BI using Power BI Tableau
• 2 years of experience in designing and developing SAP BO Web reports
• Comprehensive knowledge of data design data modeling data management and data visualization
• Experience of drilldown and visualize data in the best possible way through charts reports dashboards
• Experience in creating data rich dashboards writing DAX expressions and implementing row level security in Power BI
• Experience of Reports Migration from SAP BO to Power BI

Technical Skills (Secondary: Nice to have NOT MANDATORY):

• Report rationalization experience

Soft Skills:

• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities with problem solving skills
• Able to hit the ground running with a can-do attitude
• Effective communication and teamwork skills including the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
• Insurance Domain Knowledge
