  • Work closely with external creative agencies to manage project kickoffs, briefings, budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring smooth integration into internal schedules.
  • Coordinate large-scale photo and video shoots with external production companies and internal teams, handling everything from securing photographers and directors to negotiating budgets, managing talent logistics, and finalizing creative assets.
  • Lead or support the management of shoots, depending on project scope, and ensure all production aspects are well-coordinated.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with the Creative team to provide clear updates on deliverables, deadlines, and priorities. Ensure complex information is effectively communicated to both internal creatives and external partners.
  • Identify and onboard new creative agencies and production companies as needed for various campaigns.
  • Manage compliance requirements throughout the project, including legal reviews, licensing for music and media, and approvals from talent and third-party stakeholders.
  • Oversee campaign budgets and administrative tasks, such as tracking expenses, managing contracts, processing invoices, and producing final budget and licensing reports.
  • Participate in team discussions to assess current processes, recommend improvements, and help implement changes to enhance efficiency.
