Role Description


We are urgently seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our team at FomoCollabs in Provo, UT. This is a unique opportunity to shape our technology strategy at a critical juncture. Extensive market research has validated the need for this role, and we are on the cusp of securing significant funding.


This position offers a 20% equity stake in the company, transitioning into a paid role upon securing funding. The CTO will be responsible for driving software development, overseeing project management, defining IT strategy, shaping architecture, and leading product development. Initially, you will take a hands-on approach, laying the foundation for future team growth and ensuring all technical aspects align with our strategic goals.


Qualifications


  • Strong background in Software Development and Product Development, with experience in transitioning from no-code platforms to custom-built solutions.
  • Familiarity with Bubble.io or other no-code platforms is a plus, as our initial launch will be built on Bubble.io.
  • Experience in Project Management and IT Strategy.
  • Expertise in IT Architecture.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience in influencer marketing or social media platforms is a plus.
