Gryphon Oakwood are currently exclusively partnered on a General Manager opportunity to lead the Jacksonville, FL branch within a leading Low Voltage contractor. The role will manage all operations within the branch with the opportunity to move take on a larger regional role.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive employee development plans, aligned with both individual and organizational goals, to foster career growth and advancement.

  • Successfully achieve and surpass revenue targets through strategic planning and execution while effectively managing the branch budget to optimize profitability and resource allocation.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities, increase revenue streams, and enhance overall branch performance.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate, timely, and informative financial forecasts and reports that provide clear insights into the branch's financial health and performance.
  • Consistently exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service, building strong customer relationships, and implementing effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute a strategic talent acquisition plan to attract, recruit, and hire top-caliber individuals who possess the skills and competencies required to drive business success.
  • Establish and maintain open and effective communication channels with employees, management, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience in a comparable role.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing teams with direct P&L responsibility for at least five years.
  • Minimum five years of managerial experience within the low voltage contracting, electronics system integration, or fire and life safety industries.
  • Substantial project management expertise in commercial and industrial settings.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing accounting and project management software.
