Role Description

This is a full-time (possibility for a 4 day workeek) hybrid role located in Hollywood, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. As an Information Technology Specialist at IT Services Express, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to information technology management and support. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network systems, ensuring data security, and providing technical assistance to end-users. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives.


Qualifications

  • Strong technical knowledge of hardware and software systems
  • Experience in network setup and configuration
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues
  • Knowledge of data security and privacy protocols
  • Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Associate's degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field or related experience
  • Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus
