This position independently performs a variety of assignments requiring skills in all aspects of architectural designs for projects of considerable scale and complexity. The ideal candidate possesses expert creative design solutions and original concepts.

Architectural Concept + Ideation

Architectural Base Models

Update Model Relevant to Structural Review + Site Conditions

Elevations + Material Integration

Window + Door Elevations + Details

Landscape: Civil + Site Model Developments

Ability to adapt Design Principles + Rules into Secondary Rooms and Design Features

Coordinate + Prepare Working Drawings


Requirements:


Professional degree in architecture or three to five years of related experience.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Suites, Auto CAD (inc. reading plans), Sketch-up, Layout and Rendering experience for design exploration

Self-starter who works with the utmost precision

Excellent organizational skills
