By keeping our post-production processes internal, we maintain agility and control that sets us apart in delivering results for our clients.


We are seeking a talented and motivated Motion Designer to join our growing post-production team. If you have a passion for motion design, a keen eye for detail, and expertise with HTML5, we want to hear from you—3D animation & modeling a bonus.


As a Motion Designer at Propac, you will bring our creative projects to life through compelling motion graphics and editing. Working closely with our creative team, you will play a key role in enhancing the overall visual appeal of our content, including banner ads, social ads and content, sales videos, educational videos, event videos, and internal presentations.


SKILLS:


Motion Graphic Design: Create visually engaging and innovative motion graphics for various projects. Must keep on top of trends and bring new and interesting ideas to the table when collaborating with the Creative Team. Bonus points for 3D modeling skills that can be used to render dimensional POS and structures from sketches and die lines.


Video Editing: Ensure seamless transitions, visual continuity, and optimal pacing to captivate our audience.


HTML5 Animation: Create HTML5 engaging and interactive animated banners for specific retailer sites.


Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and client service teams to understand project requirements and contribute to the overall vision. Collaborate effectively to ensure that the final product aligns with the creative objectives and deadlines are maintained.


Quality Control: Ensure that all digital content meets the highest quality standards. Review and refine work to achieve a polished and professional end product that meets vendor specs and best practices.


Stay Current: Keep abreast of industry trends, tools, and techniques related to motion design, 3D animation, and HTML5. Continuously explore new technologies and design styles to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in motion design at a post-production studio or creative group/agency
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant work experience
  • Proven experience as a Motion Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and 3D animation tools (Cinema 4D, etc)
  • Experience with HTML5 animation and interactive multimedia. (Adobe Animate, etc)
  • Solid understanding of video production processes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
