Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Epic Application Analyst:

  • Participate in all phases of the Epic Ambulatory/ MyChart implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of system configurations with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Configure and customize Epic Ambulatory/ MyChart application to meet specific business requirements while adhering to best practices and industry standards.
  • Utilize appropriate Epic tools for efficiency including but not limited to Sherlock, Orion, and Nova.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize workflows, enhance system functionality, and improve clinical workflows.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to organizational policies.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing, optimizing, and/ or supporting Epic Ambulatory/ MyChart application in a healthcare environment.
  • EpicCare Ambulatory Certification Required.
  • Proficiency in Epic system configuration, customization, and integration techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Compensation Details: $96.88/hour w2
