Overview:

Compensation: $20.00/hr.

On-site in Minnetonka, MN

Contract-to-hire - Full time


Duties:

  • Fundraising Support: Assist with various fundraising methods (like mail, email, phone, and social media) to help keep current donors and attract new ones.
  • ​​​​​​​Donor Engagement: Help identify and connect with potential and current donors to meet fundraising goals.
  • Volunteer Coordination: Work with volunteers to support the annual fund campaign.
  • Data Tracking: Monitor and report on fundraising results and update donor information accurately.
  • Gift Management: Ensure gifts are acknowledged with thank-you letters and included in the Annual Report.
  • Scholarships: Support the process for distributing scholarships.
  • Event Planning: Help plan events for donor groups.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience managing annual giving campaigns or similar expereince
  • Proven track record of engaging donors, lay leaders, and key stakeholders
  • Experience with donor database systems and fundraising software
  • Strong writing, editing, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
