Job Responsibilities


  • Oversee production facility and managing day to day operational tasks
  • Responsibilities include but not limited to: Team Member scheduling and attendance tracking, performance management, disciplinary action, performance reviews, and incident reporting
  • Accountable for ensuring weekly production targets are met all while maintaining efficiency and safety
  • Strong time-management and organization skills and the ability to lead and thrive in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment
  • Facilitate handoffs and communicate information to all production personnel across all shifts
  • Responsible for hiring, training, and managing the production team; ensuring only high-quality products leave the facility; supervising inventory to ensure minimal outages and overstock
  • Ensure the production facility is clean, safe, and sanitary
  • Report/schedule any repairs or maintenance needs, equipment malfunctions, and/or maintenance issues
  • This position is deeply involved with on-the-floor decision-making and continual team member feedback
  • Foster an inclusive environment and promote company culture and values
  • Other duties as assigned


Experience And Education


  • 3-5 years experience as a production manager / supervisor
  • Strongly prefer food production industry experience
  • Ability to accurately manage multiple competing priorities
  • Basic Math Skills
  • Microsoft Excel and Google Docs experience
  • Bilingual skills a plus but not required
