Job Description


Insight Global is searching for an IAM End-User Support Analyst for one of their large telecom customers who will be responsible for helping with a large IAM & SOX compliance effort. This person will join the Global Technology Operations team to help maintain IAM SOX control execution, governance, compliance and end-user support for all legacy systems. This Analyst will assess & validate logs, confirm users have correct access, and field any tickets or escalations after access is remediated/revoked through ServiceNow. This position will be Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM EST.
