Role Description

This is a full-time on-site / hybrid role located in Alpharetta, GA for a Lead Full Stack Developer [NextJs] & eventually the CTO at Startup. The role involves overseeing the development of our primary application and is a hands on roll. This is not for people who aren't willing to get their hands dirty.

Job Duties

  • Lead development of our primary application and execution of the roadmap
  • Act as the sole developer, with support from contractors as needed, in creating the application.
  • Ensure the application is stable and stays online.
  • Be on call for any emergency situations, ensuring any critical issues are resolved as quickly as possible.
  • Make tech decisions that solve business problems and benefit our users
  • Implement analytics data that gives us business insights into user behavior


Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development with knowledge of the NextJs framework
  • Knowledge of TypeScript & Best Practices
  • Experience with Postgres Databases such as Supabase
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Preferred experience working with AI models, LLM's, Fine tuning and RAG
  • Willing to make short term sacrifices for long term gains, with a business owner mentality
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Willing to work in a fast paced environment
  • Willing and able to wear multiple hats and collaborate in person.


The most valuable part of the compensation is with a significant (vested) stake in a fast growing company (30% MoM so far this year), with significant investor attention.
