The ideal candidate will have demonstrative experience drafting complex estate planning, trust administration and estate administration documents. Experience with IRS and NYS estate tax return preparation and audits is also required. Experience with the formation and operation of private and public not for profit organizations is preferred.


You must have a go-getter attitude and be someone who actively networks within and outside the firm to be successful in this role. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a senior group head and another mid-career partner, gaining valuable client facing experience with sophisticated estate planning and estate trust and administration for high net-worth individuals.


Preferred candidates must show a demonstrated ability to be flexible and prioritize work tasks, executing client work in a timely and proactive manner. JD & NY Bar admission required. Compensation includes a salary of 180K-220K+, solid benefits and an easily attainable hours-based bonus, as work / life rhythm dictates. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and a stable work history, preferably in one firm.
