Internship Start Date: June 3rd


Overview:

Join a dynamic team in the healthcare industry and gain valuable experience through this intensive 12-week summer internship program. The internship is designed to provide hands-on training in healthcare sales, focusing on both products and services. Interns will undergo a combination of office and field training, culminating in targeted sales training. By the end of the program, interns will have the opportunity to showcase their skills through an accounts analysis presentation, receive performance evaluations from executives, and explore future career opportunities within the field.


Responsibilities:

  • Participate in 40 hours of comprehensive office training (20 hours on Products, 20 hours on Services)
  • Engage in 40 hours of field training, including shadowing experienced professionals (20 hours on Products, 20 hours on Services)
  • Complete 6 weeks of target-based sales training to develop valuable sales skills
  • Deliver an Accounts Analysis presentation at the end of the 6-week sales training period
  • Undergo an Executive performance evaluation
  • Receive guidance on future opportunities and obtain recommendation letters for professional growth


Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with a focus on Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for sales and healthcare
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry and medical terminology
  • Experience or training in conducting market research
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • EMT certification or related healthcare certification is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Healthcare, etc.)
