We are an authorized dealer of several leading brands such as Leica Geosystems, Geomax, Carlson Software, and HP SitePrint.Role Description – Business Development RepresentativeFull-time, hybrid role based in Nashville, TN. The Business Development Representative is responsible for driving consumable sales growth by proactively engaging both new and existing customers. This role combines outbound prospecting, in-person visits, and localized marketing efforts to increase store traffic, strengthen relationships, and expand our presence in the region. You’ll collaborate closely with the Technical Sales team and local branches to ensure that qualified opportunities are followed up on and converted.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities while uncovering areas for improvement and growth within the existing customer base.Engage prospective and current customers through targeted outreach efforts, including phone calls, in-person visits, email campaigns, and other communication channels to promote the store’s consumable offerings.Plan and execute localized marketing initiatives to increase in-store traffic and drive consumable sales within the region.Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information by recording all interactions, purchasing trends, and contact details in company systems such as Odoo, Constant Contact, call lists, and MapMyCustomers.Refer qualified leads and equipment inquiries to the Technical Sales team for follow-up and conversion.Qualifications2+ years of business development, inside sales, or customer-facing experience (construction/industrial/supply or similar B2B environment preferred).Strong communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable with frequent outbound outreach.Experience using CRM or sales/marketing tools (Odoo, MapMyCustomers, or similar platforms).Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a fast-paced workload.Interest in survey/construction tools and consumable products; training provided.Valid driver’s license.Job details Employment: Full-time Industry: Civil Engineering
