Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Interior Designer to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the entire interior design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. You will work closely with clients, manage projects, and collaborate with various teams to deliver designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and aligned with the company’s vision.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage interior design projects from initial concept through to final execution.
  • Develop and present design concepts that meet client needs and company standards.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget constraints.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Supervise and mentor junior designers and other team members.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is achieved and address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to ensure the firm remains at the forefront of the industry.
  • Report directly to the CEO and COO, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and opportunities.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum of [5] years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
  • Proven experience in leading design projects from concept to completion.
  • Exceptional creativity and an eye for detail.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Knowledge of high end designer furniture and trends, materials and applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
