We are seeking an experienced Sr. SDET Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Selenium. Along with proficiency in either Java or Python Programming languages.

As an SDET Engineer, you will work closely with development and QA teams to design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks.


Location: Irving Tx OR Tampa FL (Hybrid 2 days onsite per week)

Long term Contract (Open ended SOW)

Key Skills: Java OR Python, Selenium and Automation

Must have 12+ Years of Total Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and either Java or Python.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design test strategies.

Identify, analyze, and document software defects and ensure proper resolution.

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and continuous delivery.

Perform code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices.

Contribute to the development and improvement of testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

Execute and monitor automated test suites, analyze results, and report on testing status.

Mentor and guide junior SDET team members.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

12+ years of experience in software testing and test automation.

Proficient in Selenium and automation frameworks.

Strong programming skills in Java or Python.

Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems like Jenkins, Git, etc.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with BDD/TDD frameworks like Cucumber, JUnit, or TestNG.

Knowledge of RESTful API testing.

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
