**Key Responsibilities:**

3. **Documentation and Reporting:** Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, change orders, and project status reports.

  

4. **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

  

5. **Quality Assurance:** Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations.


**Skills and Qualifications:**


- **Educational Background:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  

- **Project Management Skills:** Basic understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.

  

- **Communication Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.

  

- **Organizational Skills:** Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

  

- **Technical Aptitude:** Familiarity with low voltage systems (such as security, fire alarm, audiovisual, or telecommunications) is advantageous.

  

- **Problem-Solving Ability:** Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently when necessary.
